Man, I don't know if you went to my blog yesterday but after going 0-2 in the NHL on some strong picks I need to rethink how I'm picking my games.

Also added Orlando -2.5 for the 2nd half (posted it on my twitter account) and won that. Also won my NCAAB pick of Texas Tech. 4-2 for the day.

Tough to say for the games yet, but I'm liking this Total so far:

FYI, my system actually went 8-0 (yes 8 wins, no losses) today but I couldn't call the other ones due to injuries or certain situations. Obviously I'm not going to count all of them in my record but its just cool to know.

You can read my logic on my blog (i'm not trying to just plug my blog here, it just keeps me from having to write it twice), but essentially it boils down to my system calling the Celts at -7.5. There are also some strong indications from Washingtion, such as being 5-14 ATS this yearm 0-4 vs good defensive teams, 2-7 ATS at home. Boston doesn't have many strong indicators that they will win, but there are a few that lean that way. All of that combined leads me to pick the Celtics. I'm not 100% though so I could be wrong.

So why did you like the Wizards?
