Does this system also work for MLB?

Some say it does, but several of my prior backtests proved otherwise, over the long haul. Too many extended losing streaks in baseball. And odds are a lot higher, making four game chase losses extremely expensive.

That's the JM sweep system. It's not similar to mine at all. That's based on teams vs. certain teams, not on losing streaks, both ATS and against the spread, like this one. Big difference.

Per the rules on Page 3:

ALL PUSHES DURING CHASE ARE TREATED AS A NO-PLAY. We will treat those games as if they were never played and skip them. So if your (B) bet is a push, your next bet will be a (B) bet. If there is a push when qualifying a team, the losing streak will start over. Pushes are NOT seen as no-plays when qualifying teams.

So Bet B again, but I think both open series are on Bet B for the first time.

Of course obviously betting on a 'good' team will have a much better chance of winning. The thing is you have to pay the price. That BOS (A) bet wasn't that expensive at -325. Would you pay if it was -800 on TOR, -1000 on LAL or -1500 on GS? How about all 3 on the same day? Would you pay those prices if it were on a (B) bet? It's rare but it can and has happened. About the same chance as losing a 4-game chase ATS. This system is not about pick and choose but if I were to pick and choose I rather chase a 'bad' team ATS for 4 legs knowing the most I can lose is about 18 units which I may recover down the road.
