They need the game more and Chicago played yesterday.

Chicago has been awful on the road lately too. They started out 16-5 or 17-6 and now they're 21-18.

Good point, but can Chicago still get the #3 seed over Toronto? Or am I wrong because Toronto is going to win their division?

They can but there's questions as to whether they want to, the thought is they might prefer playing Atlanta than Cleveland in the 2nd round.

Winning the division only gives Toronto the tiebreaker (and a top 4 seed but that's irrelevant since we're talking about the 3rd spot). If Chicago have a better record they will finish 3rd.

However the Wizards are only 1 game behind them and have the tiebreaker so they need to be careful not to fall to 5th and lose homecourt. Hard to judge how motivated they will be. But either way Miami needs it more.

Everything they've said claims they'll try to finish as high as they can. I'm not sure, anyway they've been giving very little effort on many games all season long as opposed to previous years so it's anyone's guess whether they show up. I'd rather stay away and just watch the game.

Why the Rockets ML? This is a must win game for both sides. Whoever loses this game essentially is locked into 6th seed and loses homecourt pretty much throughout the playoffs. The winner can still make it all the way up the 2nd seed. In this situation, if we truly believe the Spurs are legit, they will win this game. It's that simple.

Yea I would like to see Indiana get in and I think a reverse matchup of last year with Atlanta would be cool. I don't need Brooklyn in the playoffs. They are boring.

It would actually. Probably the first time in NBA history you'd get that 1/8 reversal.

Brooklyn has Chicago and Orlando left, both at home. So basically Indiana needs to win out with a very tough schedule and hope the Nets lose to Chicago. One game at a time though I guess.
