Barring some miracle, it looks like the Rangers have this one wrapped up.

NY Islanders @ Chicago over 5.5
-Over is 5-1 in Islanders last 6 games playing on 0 days rest
-Over is 10-4 in Islanders last 14 in the fourth game of a 4-in-6 days situation
-Over is 6-2 in Blackhawks last 8 overall
-this is New York's 2nd b2b game in 9 days and playing their 3/4 day game.
-New York starting a rookie goalie and Chicago gets "the Wall" back in net today after a layoff of over a month. Both combined should make for an over.

St.Louis -150 (Minnesota is a very tired team and to add more fuel they didn't get in till late lastnight travelling from Dallas to St.Louis, flu going through the team, playing their 2nd b2b in 9 days, on the road for more than 2 weeks and their 4th in 6 days. St.Louis pulled their starting goalie yesterday in the 3rd period to rest him for this game.

Question:

I wagered 250 to win 480 on a 3 Team ML Parlay that only has Orlando left. Should I hedge my bet and wager 200 to win 400 on the Utah ML +200? Either way I'm up. Then again the greedy side of me says let Orlando ride to win the full 480. Open to suggestions.

Well guys That kills it for me, for a while anyways. I tried to recoup a large chunk of dough today due to the pounding I've been taking by putting it on Boston ML and Detroit ML. Who would have thought that they'd both fold up? I"ve enjoyed the interaction and support of this site up until now and I do hope that everyone continues in their winning ways. I need to recoup but in a different way. Again, best wishes.

Yeah, it was definitely disappointing. Have the OVER with the Mavericks/Lakers and they're playing at a pretty good pace so I think I'll be fine. I already placed a wager with Orlando 1Q and Orlando -5.5. I also put in a ML parlay with Orlando and Cleveland. Knicks are definitely a different team without Duhon. I think Robinson is more suited to come off the bench.

that couple of weeks looked like the majority of the games scores were called before tipoff. i saw some things in those 2 weeks that i thought i'd never see in college or pro ball. incredibly shady play.

I could go for a nice middle in the Lakers/Mavs game with but I'm going to go with the OVER 103.5 in the 2H. I don't see the Lakers slowing down or the Mavs being able to stop them. If the scrubs are in at the end, they just want to run and push the ball anyway.

peet, it sounds like you tried to get even on a couple of sure fire ml plays that backfired. never chase. just nip away little by little and you eventually get right again. NEVER CHASE.
