I think that this is a good time to ask the question, but who is going to take over our thread after I journey over to baseball in roughly around two weeks? Uncle Willie has made it abundantly clear to me that he wants this forum to be about NBA with light touches on the subjects of other sports. So when I start on baseball, usually I do just that, with an occasional NBA play (outside of the JM Plays)until the playoffs start. I wish that I could still communicate with Colonel Jim over at our former home...We would have tons a of fun trowing around late night MLB picks for the next day... If no one wants the burden of keeping the thread running, then I totally understand. But baseball is the easiest way to make money in wagering that I know of. So I have to go where te money is. Generally I don't actually make too many straight up picks for entire games. I just kind of play my system, the JM system, and an occasional play of my own and let the chips fall where they may. We're getting around vacation time. I have one for the March Madness in a few days, then one for Can Cun (starting on 5/9), our annual roadie in June (this time we're going to drive to Chicago), as well as our three scheduled camping trips. Gonna be kid of hard to keep up with the thread doing all of that.

Not really they say they are about 50-55% ats and over/unders. I did follow a system on them for about a week, had like a 14-3 start, then lost 9 in one night and I stopped tracking it

St. Johns is riding a 9-3 UNDER the mark @ home. They gave G'town all they could handle a week ago in a 59-55 Overtime Win, a game that had just 102 points in regulation. That contest was the fifth time in a row that a Georgetown/St John game wentd below the posted total. Recentlythe Hoyas have not scored into the 60's their last 4 times on a court. St.Johs has not gone over 60 in the last 3 of 4 times on a court. Both teams would rather play halfcourt style of play.

ok, i just looked up the 4 home games in which the pacers upset the heavyweights boston, la, orl and cleav - in all 4 games danny granger played. for that reason, i just cant go larger then 1x on indiana tonight. i know this is prob the wrong move, but im trying to build my roll back up right now and dont feel as comfortable w/o granger. like i said last night, this is one of my weaknesses, as most of the time when a team plays w/o their star, they do just fine. as ck has mentioned many times, other guys step up to prove themselves and get the job done anyway with a better line. the pacers should be getting about 5.5 now.

They did the nuggs in w/o granger, and i don't think the jazz are THAT much better than granger, especially not on the road. That's why i'm not going to back off this play.
