I don't see the knicks staying cold. They are a team I think can show up on any night. I don't believe this Atlanta team is real. Don't think they have the sources to slow down the Knicks assuming the Knicks find any game tonight.
You are probably right on the Lakers line. I wasn't sure why the line was so high.

I think the Celtics over is close. I see the game in the high 80s. I think it will be hard for both teams to find easy buckets tonight.

Celtics and Charlotte will be playing hustle basketball tonight. Both teams will be in it til the very end, thus making the over sweet.
Jazz and Pelican's look to be weak offense and strong defensive game as usual. Could be a Pelican blowout, in which case, under still looks good.
Hmm...when you pointed out the Magic and Milwaukee on the over, my first reactions were very positive. 195 looks low for these two teams. However, the devil's advocate in me is hesitant because Orlando's hustle defense and with Milwaukee's weak offense makes a bad combo. I guess i'm doubtful Milwaukee will come out and play. I might say stay away from this bet, but if it's clear to you, go for it. Assess the first half maybe take a 2nd half bet? That might be easier.
Knick's and Atlanta: I don't believe this Atlanta team is real either, but something's bit this Atlanta team to play much better. Paul Milsap, Korver, Horford...i don't know matty. Knicks haven't proven much to me yet. I almost feel the tension of Carmelo like a hurt lion. He isn't leading the team and doesn't possess the killer instinct of last year. You also have too many lost star players. Stat and Bargnani? Who are they? I like Shumpert and Hardaway, but not sure what J.R. Smith is up to these days. Too much doubt to play the knicks. I'm leaning on Atlanta.Comment -

Knicks got super lucky last night. Atlanta couldn't break away in the second half, gave up the lead, then giving up the game. Tonight I expect lots of offense from both the Knicks and Rockets. The Knicks and Houston going over 206 is the play tonight.
Everything else tonight seems fuzzy to me. I want to take Knicks +1.5 but don't trust knicks. I want to Thunder +5 tonight, but not after that savage beating by the clippers. A lot of these bets can go either way. I would stay away from them.Comment -

Today the lines seem quite odd. I don't know what to make of it. Why T-wolves are favored -1 is beyond me. So last time I had this kind of fear, I lost a lot. Better to play cautious and not fall into traps.

On that note...I would like to know more about how the lines show where Vegas' mind is at. Last week for example: it's weird how Denver could beat Minnesota one day and then lose to the Rockets the next. I'm not so much talking about the "which team is better" necessarily, but how much effort that went into a game. It pissed me off because of the lack of effort on the part of Denver when they played the rockets. Had they played half as good as they did against Minnesota, they would've won outright in Houston. So how did it go +1 Denver against Minnesota then to Houston +9.5? It was ridiculous for a 10pt swing like that. I feel like Vegas handicapped the game very well that they knew the effort that was going to play into both games....So again, my question is...what do the lines tell you about where the minds of the people who make the lines?
