yes, it was announced last nite that shaq would play today. i think it's his first time playing the back end game of a b/b this season if i'm not mistaken.

This is the most productive I've seen this board in two weeks...funny how it comes on a day I can finally access from work after being shut out the last two weeks. There is so much info in this thread today I'm having trouble processing it all. I didn't really have to do much researching cuz it's all right here and many arguments not wars have been made on both sides...glad to see things back to normal...ish.

I got PHI at -4 (ugg) LAC +1 and Boise St at +1 all at the casino.

I noticed you guys talking about Scores and Odds earlier and just thought I'd let you guys know that I use this as well as it is always spot on with the casino or within .5 pt +/- so I can gauge what to expect when I see the boards, so I have found it to be quite a useful tool since I don't always know the exact lines until I get there. I did open an account with bookmaker and lost my ass on SP on Sat so that was fun...but at least I know I can use it and they accepted a deposit from my BofA card so even easier.

hornets/grizz go over almost every they've played out of their last 12. 11-1, to be exact. i was thinking about this earlier, but i don't play many totals and i think pho3nix is a better source than myself for coming up with a strong totals play, so i took the bobs/clips over instead.

you raise a good point, anthony. no west or chandler down low for n.o. no defense for memphis at all anyway, allowing 100 ppg in their last 5. n.o.'s been allowing 99 in their last 5. the total is set at 186. you do the math.

i'm about to play it half-size because i don't trust myself when it comes to totals. gay out means he's taking his 18 ppg with him, but i still like the chances with the low number.

maybe i'll head over to the fedex forum and see if they're giving away courtside seats tonight for this otherwise waste of time.

Tex they will be paying people tonight to fill the arena. I would def get myself a nice ticket and put a little on the over. That's the best when you bet a game and go to it. A beautiful thing.

Hey does anyone know how to retrieve private messages, I got an alert that said I had a message so I clicked ok to open it in a new window and my pop up blocker blocked it and now I have no way of retreiving it?

Don't worry. It's still early. Bobcats won't shoot this well the rest of the night but it does look like the refs are giving a lot of early calls to the home team...

Just click on "Private Messages" in the upper right hand corner.

oh, anthony, i wish they were willing to do that, because then they'd be paying people every single home game. i don't think that arena has been full since it opened for a griz game.

now the tigers are a different story. 18,000 strong at every game. they keep that place afloat. can you imagine you play for rice or smu and you come over to memphis and all of a sudden you're in a pro atmosphere? there's a reason (other than the influx of talent in the last few years) why they've been near unbeatable at home since the move to the forum.

but i digress...

I love when memphis plays homes games and there on TV. Good atmosphere in that building for them. I remember last years game when they were undefeated and Tenn came in. Place was going nuts.

My biggest investment aswell, was thinking of the Rockets but their 1st QTR road game stats don't impress me, they're so inconsistant and weird on the road, Bucks arn't too hot either, I think I'll just ride out this 76'ers game Its quality not quantity we need.

In the future BCaldwell32, hold down CTRL and then click on "OK" when this box pops up. CTRL overrides your pop-up blocker

I'm with you on Houston being inconsistent on road and my book has Mil +2 so I bet them first quarter small.
