Why does he have to be my ghost?

I can speak for myself and I don't need anyone to back me up. I've made my points. Many people think Pops was asleep at the wheel, went on an ego trip, became derelict in his duties as a coach. I happen to think it was something more. If you agree/disagree it's perfectly okay. It won't put anymore hair on our chests, it won't put anymore money in our banks, none of us should lose any sleep.

I just find it odd that in 2 straight games, MANY people, some who are posting in this thread thought Pops went into idiot mode. Many people questioned his motives, all the way to even saying Pops might have been point shaving in the game threads... BUT once the dust settled, he's not up to scrutiny. If 1 ref made all those mistakes, there is no way in hell that you guys wouldn't think the ref was on the take. Why do we give Pops a past???

I don't think he's your ghost. Your posts are always fairly well argumented even though I think you're way off on this one. But whoever is right or wrong, could we just give it a rest already? That clown reallytho musta had a lot of $ on spurs to keep bumping this over and over and reigniting it... Glad he lost...

Idk man I had Miami Heat winning the ship since day 1. If Thunder were healthy we wouldn't have this convo (see next season odds). Really not that hard to figure out, Spurs played a d-leagued Lakers, high school gs warriors team, and a over hyped grizzlies then they play Miami Heat, POW!!! Imagine if Miami wasn't gunning for the streak the series would be over in 5.

If Leonard makes that free throw and goes up by 4 it's most likely game over and Popovich looks like a king once again. But I'm sure he was instructed to miss that, and a guy like that is certainly talented enough to let his ball roll around the rim only to barely miss by an inch. That's an easy play for an NBA player to make.
