Kobe is campaigning for Phil Jackson to come back and his play hasn't suffered early despite LA's early struggles. He has reached 27 in four of the last five games and is getting solid minutes. If Sacramento keeps it close, chances are Kobe's numbers will be in tune with this and have a shot to go over.Comment -

He started slow and then didn't play much in the 4th because the score got out of hand. I was actually surprised they put him back in at all once the lead grew pretty big. Close game and he probably puts up shots in the 4th to get close, but those are the breaks. Looks like they are scared shitless to do the 3 props any more.Comment -

Monroe has now put together four straight double digit rebound games, including ten against tonight's opponent - Oklahoma City. All four have seen him get 30+ minutes which makes four of five games this season where he has at least nine rebounds with 30 minutes or more played. Likely to see a bit of Drummond paired up with him again tonight against OKC's big boys.
PROP #25: Mavericks G Darren Collison Total Assists Over 6 [-130]
Collison has met or exceeded this number in five of Dallas' seven games. It might still be a little hit or miss as to how many assists Collison gets, but when the Dallas offense is working - Collison is in line to pick up a good amount of assists. Collison & Mayo should both have big stats nights against Minnesota tonight with the T-Wolves hurting for healthy bodies. Ridnour will start at the point, but Budinger is out & Roy is a game time decision. If he doesn't play, they likely start the rookie Shved.Comment -

I mean I don't mind trying player props, but 3 props are the bread & butter for me. Player props are tougher to beat IMO, although possible - but you are stuck more with what the books are setting rather than getting something like a 3 prop where it is available every day and easier to look at the stats to go over or under. I dunno. Might take a couple days to think about it and badger them.Comment -

Beal has put together a string of three solid games with 16, 22 & 17 points. He has attempted double digit shots in each game and seems to be a little more selective. His minutes have also increased with better play as Washington looks for reliable scoring options.Comment -

I don't think most books had these props posted much outside of Bovada. They were pretty routinely posted in the last couple of months last season from what I remember as I did not play a ton of props during the regular season.
I think they got beat early this season because they set some shitty numbers and are afraid to put them back up at the moment.Comment -

Think you'd be counting on LA to do most of the work on that one. They are fully capable of double digit makes, but they are a bit wonky from game to game on makes it seems. I think if they have success early with other stuff, they stray from the three ball. Bulls just don't take a lot of threes to like the over a ton, although they shoot a decent percentage when they take them. If you think they can make 3-4, then you'd think the over would have a chance.Comment
