Have been thinking the same, but also wondering if we can take much from SHR last year. How different are they this year, and how close are they to cloned Hendrick machines.

I disregard anything shr did last year. They had a lame duck newman, a rookie, a guy that was kinda over it, and well, danica. The talent level is so much better this year. Not to mention all the rule changes and off season testing where the 4 has been freaky fast anywhere they went. I like smoke this week as well, but I will gamble and say I can get him at his current price or better on raceday.
Hendrick and Penske will be fast, im sure gibbs will be fine, but I want them to show me first.
