I took them as four 3 leg parlays so was a nice result for them
Took the Vettell>Alonso for 3 units and my Hamilton quali/race bet cashed too.
So we both made out quite well I think?
Was a good race! even without the Mercs getting to fight much.

Yeah for sure! I'd call it drive of the race if there wasn't so many other good ones to choose from. Like Massa and Hamilton. And a nice comeback through the field driver by Bottas.

Yeah read a great article from james allen about the comments last night, i didnt expect any of that!
Very bad situation for Alonso, who would have thought his options would be so limited. The only hope for Ferrari may be Ross Brawn but i am not sure i would want to come back if i was him. While it is going to be entertaining to watch Ferrari slowly implode over the next couple of years it is sad it might be several more years before Ferrari or Alonso get another chance for a championship.Comment -

Well the webstream they setup for practice sessions (as no broadcaster took them) failed due to it having to pass through the China firewall and it creating too much of a bottleneck as soon as more than two dozen people connected
Then the entire website went down due to not having enough resources for the traffic. Good that there is interest but pretty dumb to stuff it up so bad first day.

I dont think this Ferrari news bodes well for their short term success. Over reaction by the Ferrari board and I agree with Luca anyway, they should keep Ferrari as exclusive as possible. Making more cars will only dilute the brand.

Apparently most TV broadcasters (and they have a lot around the world) are not taking practice or quali.
Apart from a couple of Indian TV channels which have FP2 and Quali. Going to try to find a stream of that for FP2 at 12:30 our time..Comment -

Im surprised they managed to get so many networks for a new series. A1 started out strong I thought but they didn't have a fraction of the coverage and interest this seems to be getting. Although I'm guessing they must have given the rights away to do it.

I kind of like the driver lineup too.
Lots of didnt-quite-make-it types but I like a lot of them.
The cars look good. The circuits they have lined up sound 'interesting'.
And races all through the off season!

But, the lack of noise and the look of real speed left me a bit flat honestly.
I still can't help thinking the F1 cars sound rubbish too even after this many races.

Hey mate, I def like an upset for tomorrow, think it could be a wild one.
Going to stick with Merc for Q though, taking Lewis @ 2.00 for Pole 1u. I have been out all day so not sure why they were off the pace in p3 though or if it was just didnt get a clear lap?
