On a side note it is rather ironic the Cup series is going to practice Thursday during the day, qualify tonight, practice Saturday morning and race Sunday night basically practice times will be completely irrelevant.

I was going to bet before 1st practice yesterday, but forgot it started earlier. Lost 7/1 odds on Logano.

So he didn't open up a top 3 favorite. It was Kyle, Kenseth and Harvick top 3 according to odds.

The 78 team has definitely found some speed. If they can better with pit stops and mid-race adjustments, they could win a few races
