Liked what i saw from SK and MTL...Durant was a stud, and AC wasn't far off...
CGY was stinky, and TOR played well on defence. Lemon has a big arm, but but i don't trust it yet...
HAM was disappointing, we'll see what happens at qb. WPG was a good surprise, a little sloppy, but a decisive win...
BC played well enough to win, and robertson was a beast on the ground. that offence looks like it will start to click and score some points. EDM was blah big time. just couldnt muster much of anything...

Well going from a controlled weather enviroment in a dome, to an outdoor field in a rainy city is a huge change. I think it makes them lose home advantage. All the other teams except the argos deal with weather every game. It'll take a bit of time for the lions to get used to the new digs.Comment -

positives from these rankings: WPG: wow. pierce was a stud, that run game is still vicious, and the d stuffed deandra cobb.
SK torched MTL. dont take much from there defense because MTL barely runs the ball anyways, but this d held when it needed too.
MTL was very sharp, and would be the top dog if they hadnt blown the lead TWICE and lossed the game.
BC ran the ball well, and the defense was pretty solid. printers wasnt flashy, but didnt make mistakes...or get injured!
negatives: HAM. what a bunch of bums. dont figure theyll be this bad for long though. need to get it together bigtime.
EDM. got run all over, and had 3 big chances to score, and got 0 points from all 3 times. yuck.
CGY: there is nothing positive about needing 16 4th quarter points to beat TOR. looked bad on all 3 fronts. expect a turnaround.
neutral:
TOR looked much improved, and stuck with CGY entire game. CGY had 20points off of turnovers, so this TOR d did very well. held a highpowered offense in check the entire game. that offense stinks tho.Comment -

i'll admit im a huge roughriders fan, and this is one of the best teams ive ever seen them have. i definitely think they have what it takes to win it all. harrell was here but asked for his release before the season because he wasnt going to get to start this year. i believe he signed with green bay...Comment -

looking at tomorrows game. leaning towards the over 46.5. that WPG offense was very solid, and love that running game. thought TOR's defense hung in it versus CGY considering all the turnovers they had to deal with, but they still gave up 500 yards. and after seeing WPG's offense take flight in that 2nd half, it makes me think they are more polished at this point then CGY. i realize if i take the over, im relying on WPG to put up 35 points or so, but im feeling confident in it. and maybe with some experience, lemon will be ready to put some more points on the board.
not too sure if i want to touch the spread. pretty high for a team im not completely sold on yet.
im thinking over 46.5 @ 1.91(1.5x).

love this play and so does everyone i've talked too. i think both teams can break out. CGY put up yards but couldnt score last week, but think they'll get it done versus the HAM d. think HAM gets cobb involved this week, and hope that porter gets some time to shine. both teams are better then they played week 1 and think we'll see it.
still deciding to make a play on either team to win...so many questions. heart says CGY is the better team and should win, but they really stink at ivor wynne. i'll sleep on it and decide in the a.m.Comment -
