now it's time to dig into the games tonight and continue my hot streak!!! I got ass raped in the rookie/sophmore game today but meh, i'll make it all back and then some with the NBL!! 3 games on the board this evening and I plan on taking all of them down!

First off, all 3 games tonight OVER their respective lines. Teams that are eliminated playing teams with purpose results in higher than normal scores.

I cannot for the life of me figure how GC are dogs against the Tigers tonight..... I rap my head in more and more circles and nothing makes sense why a team fighting for playoff positioning and if other circumstances occur may not make the playoffs how they aren't at least at even money when playing a team outta the playoffs and playing b2b ..... i know when things don't make sense to play the team that makes no sense at all.... but I can't tonight. Making an extremely small play on GC ML at +180... probably only betting 0.25 units on this tho.

So if that first line isn't ****ed enough we move to Wollongong vs Adelaide. Adelaide is out of contention and has lost 6 in a row. The Hawks are definitely in the playoffs but a win gives them 2nd and a loss gives them 4th.... hmmmm this game has to have major importance right??? Well they're 4.5 point dogs. What the hell????? Yes I know it's in Adelaide and the Hawks played last night and rah rah rah closing out the season...... so ya, the Hawks ML is +190. I can't comprehend this. Tonights game means more to the Hawks getting home court advantage and not having to play the top seeds first round of the playoffs. Another small play on the dog tonight. Hawks+190 must have value.

Thank god New Zealand are favourites against Cairns. I want to play their line at -3 but i think they might only win by 1 or 2. Playing their ML for 1 unit at -155

Tonight may have me smiling big time or shaking my head not going with my better knowledge and playing the first 2 home favs spreads. We'll see.

couldn't get any plays in tonight as pinnacle cut the line off half an hour early and the local TAB was closed..... was going to go big on perth-8 or perth-8.5 at TAB but oh well. Hopefully everyone else wins tonight and brings in some good cash!!

I'm a little disappointed I couldn't get my play in last night but oh well, shit happens and I can't change it.

Tonight's game is an interesting one to look at. Best home team vs. Best road team. Game 1 of this 3 game series I doubt will be even close. However, I hate -6.5 lines (and 5.5 lines too) and it always seems like the game finishes within 2 points or it's a 25 point blowout. Probably neither of those stats is true, but it always seems to happen to me. Anyhow, my money is on the Hawks ML-224. It's great value for the better team playing at home. I know the odds aren't 'great' but hey, If I had $100, I'd much rather wake up with $140 than $0. It's the smartest play tonight and is about as solid a bet as you will find.

My other smaller play is Under 167.5 as I think it'll hit as well. BOL everyone.

I have been hot in the nbl when I started keeping track of my record... got lazy and stopped when it was 13-2 or something. The past 10 have probably been 8-2 with most being spreads / OU and few ML. I think one week though I picked 2 dogs ML and a fav in one night and hit all 3. If I am wrong here the NBL will have failed me. The NBL wants game 3's and GC will win in a close game tonight. Either team under 5.5 is a great bet sportscash and at odds of 3.00 at TAB I am thinking of using that if somehow the Cats win in the final minute.

However, I see no way Perth wins tonight. I'm going to be cocky and quote NBA Jam, "He's on fire!" or "Hels on fire!" I want to sound cocky and arrogant as I want everyone to pound the ML and enjoy the game. The 3.5 spread could be safe, but NBL is often funny like that. Play the Gold Coast Moneyline and you will be smiling when the game is over. 10 unit play for me

The O/U is set too high. These 2 teams never have high scoring games as both have a methodical style and even if they do run up the score they'll hold their opponents low in scoring. I have difficulty seeing both teams reach 80. I think Perth will be flat tonight and we can see GC between 85-90.

When the Blaze/Cats play .I don't think one game has gone over 164 except in week 3 when of course anything can happen so early on. Anyways, why COULD tonight be different? Well there's always the thinking that when 2 teams play b2b that typically the 2nd is opposite of the first. This is a strategy quite a few people use. People think the Blaze will come out firing on all guns and take this match in a shootout style of play. People plain like playing Overs as they want the game to be as exciting as possible. Could be some belief that the game will come down to the wire with lots of freethrows and quick 2 point/3 point shots for the trailing team. All of these are pure guesses and hold no ground to be the only reasons why to play the over.

Personally, I want to play the Over here. Everything is telling me to hit it, but my realistic/thinking side kicks in and says follow the trends. I haven't made a play on the OU but I would have to say the Under is the way to go.

I personally love the live play twinky. I think it's a wonderful option as long as you can stick to your guns and make the play at the right time. I really think Perth will come out flat tonight though and will be down be quite a bit at the end of the first 24-14 or something like that. With this in mind they may make a run or two and close the gap where you could get better value than 1.55. That's a big if as we all know. Sometimes the best way to go is place half your bet before start at 1.55 and then wait for the opportunity to bet the rest. If GC comes out flat and Perth gets off to an 8-0 run you'll see GC becomes the dog (which they really aren't) 8-0 leads are nothing with 38 minutes left.

I would put half down now and find the value in the first half. Second half will be tough to get a good a price I reckon.

GC line dropping hard.... haven't put the 10 units in yet as I know it's coming down so I'll sit and wait it out until about 10 minutes before game time. At that point it is going to shoot up high when all the sharps make their plays.
