Racebook kicked my butt today. Am so close to a $100 freeplay - I figured just one small bet on a short-price horse should get me over the line .... unfortunately - I should have worried more about the damn horse getting over the line .... ah well - always tomorrow.

Nice feature by the grading takes way too long. Its been an hour already since the 2nd race and I have bets that aren't still graded.

any chance i could get my open bets graded? i got an exacta(that hit) and a few others that im curious to see how they go.

Your open bets weren't automatically graded since they were accepted past the start time for that race. They've now been voided and your stake returned.

theres still an exacta that was placed at 9 am today(cashed over an hour + ago) thats still in limbo? no rhyme or reason for the delays either

You should see the refund for these now, they weren't past posted but Meadows Race 14 was scratched according to our feed provider.

i like the racebook, but that 2 minute to post thing is somewhat annoying, i place all my bets well in advance now, but had a winner refunded because it was bet withing the 2 minutes, none of my losers that were bet within 2 minutes were refunded, but now i know.. and knowing is half tha battle!!!

also: if i "buy" a $6 exacta and it pays 14 dollars, why do i only get $8 back? i should get the whole shooting works-not the whole shooting works minus what i just PAID to buy....it looks like im getting ripped. use an easier/simpler grading system. do you bet horses lou? seriously, do you? i need to know you understand wtf im talking about here....

You get the full 14 ...

... the $6 stays in "pending" or whatever it is called .... then you "Win" the $8
The $8 in winnings and the $6 from pending are both credited back to your points total.

still waiting on that exacta wager from the meadows earlier today. who/what the hell's running the racebook that says racing at the meadows simply didnt happen today?

kinda scared me when you told me they(feed provider) told you the whole race was scratched when i sat there and watched it not even an hour earlier....scary indeed. never thought id hafta keep an eye on any racebook ive ever "dealt" with....

There's some server related stuff going on right now, will update when the book is running as normal.

That's a great suggestion, unfortunately we can't install add-on's since the racebook software is not ours, they're generally voided within the hour but we need to improve on that mark.

testing this out - just placed a test bet - 9 mins to post - Racebook is showing post time is 4.43 ET - in fact post time for race 7 is 6.43 ET ... someone needs to fix something
