notice both clement's in that race were by gio ponti.. one started already and ran a decent race first out and then you have his huge 2nd career grass race stat . the other one (winner) the only starter by the dam was a stakes winner with a really high dpi.. i guessed wrong

I have a hunch if the dam didn't do much or nothing at all that effects the rating even if she's produced something good.. I am really leaning on that now as a tool vs %.. interesting the other by the same sire had the same rating
