#7 KING CAYMUS (12/1) was 9/1 in his debut last summer at Del Mar, but he acted the fool in the paddock, and when the gates swung open, he took his time getting into gear. By then, the 5-furlong turf sprint was over. He’s been off since then, but he returns a new gelding, so he could be a different animal today if he’s well behaved (since his come-home time in that debut was pretty solid, suggesting he has a little run in him). Keep it going. You are almost at break even. Factor in the avg 20% Rake and you are way ahead. I am trying to get above 80% and then aim for 90%. GL.

Only posted one play because as I expected, I could buy a winner today. I tried to keep this thread to be a positive return. At the end, I wasn't playing the horses like I wanted to. Too many side tracks to keep my mind focus. I could not accomplish my goal; therefore, this will draw a conclusion of this thread for now. Gonna take a break, hopefully I will be back before the Breeders Cups. Till then, GL to all and have fun at the races.

Thanks, EZ, gonna give it a shot for Belmont Day.

I don’t have a solid pick for underneath. I am very intrigued by Noble Indy only because I think he can carry his speed behind Justify and hopefully stay till the end. I don’t think he can beat Justify, but second seems possible considering everybody else seems to like to come from behind.

Hey Mr. G&T: playing him as well. Have you ever heard of West/East Coast Handicapping report?

The 5 looked good on paper, but the odds said otherwise. He came with mild late run. Not sure what to make of him next out. I also took the 7, the other firster, and he came with strong late stretch run. Think he was just too far back from the start. His odds looked good, that's why I played him. He got second @ 12-1.

As for West/East Coast Handicapping Report, I don't think I have heard of them. I usually don't use anything else other than DRF cause I find that I don't have enough time as it is just using the form. I saw that it hit the first race for you. How is it doing so far??

Yeah they hit 2 of first 3 races. They recommended 2 last race but I did not play him to win/place. They send me a free copy every now and then to entice me to subscribe. Have not, but I find their info useful. But overall I find the challenge of capping is part of the fun of this game. So I prefer to integrate the Bris with their info. They like the 3 R4 but going with the 4 to win.
