Mike, what do think of Wise Dan today? Would you single him in the late Pick 4? I imagine most would. I kinda like the 6- King Kreesa and the 2- Skyring. Your thoughts??

Been working on Saturday as the Arlington card looks awesome for Million Day and Saratoga also good except for the Princess Of Sylmar walkover in the Alabama.
Haven't liked many long shots lately and the horses I did like got hammered in the win pool.Today is more of the same except for 1-Mr.Vegas 10-1 in the 8th.He can win at a pretty good price.Two of the Toscano/Franco horses peaked my interest but are probably best used underneath in (5th)2-Call Up The Chief 30-1 and (11th)3-Smokey Brown 15-1.Other than that just (6th) 4-Perilous Indian 8-1 is a maybe.Comment -

Race 1
Literally anyone can win this one.I'll try 5-Hooked Forever 12-1 since the upside is still there making first start on turf.
Race 2
Nine first time starters.Hard to see it not going to 1/1A--2/2B--or 3/3X, all of whom are 4-1 or less.PASS
Race 3
4-Dayatthespa is 2-5 and obviously going to win unless she throws Castellano.3-Inimitable Romanee 10-1 is the price.
Race 4
The favorite looks vulnerable but don't know about 2nd choice 3-Mahna 3-1 who has stepped forward every start so far. 4-Wundahowigothere is a little interesting but 5-1 seems low.
Race 5
It's odd that the ML on 5-Cavetto 8-1 is so high given how good Clement is with turf horses.Might be a negative for some reason but otherwise seems like a steal.
Race 6
This race looks like it was written for 4-Souper Speedy 9-5.1-Praetereo 8-1 could add some value.
Race 7
Not sure if the 6-1 ML is going to hold on 3-Mavourneen but is the play at anything close to it.
Race 8
Liking 1-Revenue 6-1 who should be flying late but is part of a entry for Ness with Saez named on both.Have to see which he leaves in.
Race 9
5-Most Happy Fella 12-1 looks alone on the lead but blinkers go on 6-Groomedforvictory 4-1 so maybe he goes with him.The 4-Bigger Is Bettor 3-1 is the only other one with any speed.Hopefully those 3 get away or else the fave looks tough.
Race 10
Seems like a revenge race as Jacobson sends 1-Awakino Cat 5-2 ,who he claimed of L Rice , to battle 6-Alcomatch 5-1, who Linda Rice claimed off Jacobson.The long shot to throw in is 3-Victorious Leader 15-1.
Thought Woodbine could yield a long shot .

thas why I usualy key a horse I realy like or a stable mail horse and hit the all button for 4th or find a few to toss, stick with fields fo 8 or more and only races that offer value, you can still make money with the faves hitting the board. Somoene once told me if you have a key horse you better put a win bet on them as well.Comment -
I hear you but you go through long swings no matter how good you cap.Did you see my Arlington Million super?Had all the right horses and still missed.
Win bets are definitely the best bet there is and the swings are minor with exactas while still having a chance for a nice score.Plus the EX pool often gets the most money bet into it.Comment -
I agree that win bet is the best bet. To me, it's is easier to find the winner than to cap what comes after. That's why I like playing DD, Pick 3 and Pick 4 and of course my Pick 6. But that's just me....Comment -
Sad to say but greed and laziness did me in. Punched out a .10 center that would have won. Didn't want the same tix times 10 (for $1) and didn't want to repunch it 2 or 3 times for .10 so I started thinking and goot cute.
