i want to do some back testing of these biggest dogs ML in NBA, NFL, and MLB.

do you know any site where i can see the needed infos? actually i just need the given odds to select which team was the biggest underdog (per sport) on that particular day.

So I have to do this now, and there aren't any odds for Detroit at St Louis, but I"m assuming Detroit will be a slight favorite. Therefore I do declare Atlanta (at Philly) as NHL Big Dog of the afternoon today. Who knows how it will go, the Flyers have been a little uneven recently.

Sacramento +9.5 5.25 +425 ML is 5-9 36%

Utah +10.5 5.50 +450 ML is 9-4 69%

Detroit +9.5 5.25 +4.25 ML as above

im back testing using covers.

since there are no past odds available, im just basing the biggest underdog of the day on the team with the higest pointspread.

so the result may not be 100% accurate since sometimes the team with the highest pointspread does not have the highest ML odds.

i'll let you guys know when im done

sorry you are right, i thought they lost because atlanta and sacramento were highlighted on ESPN and i didn't check the number of points, don't know what happened there, guess know ESPN highlights the teams that are leading in-play and not just after the end of the game.

Ottawa +1.52

( here's one of those 2.60 ML plays that hit 78%, also 4-1 SU as dogs)

ML dogs are:

LA Kings @ 1.86

(this is one of those plays where they are the fave and dog)
Ottawa @ 2.60

Phoenix @ 2.20

NBA dog is Cleveland +10 5.50 ML is 9-5 64% (buy points)

Jon, one page back, page 15, I decided to do a check of how our biggest ML dogs
on the PL were doing as far as win/ loss. I found 2.60 (+160) odds occurred more often and
won more often.

Since we are looking at ML odds to pick our +PL bets, I wanted to see what was up.
ML dog odds don't fluctuate like the PL or ML fav and would be a good consistent
indicator for win/ loss records. The same for Basketball.

The 4-1 SU as dogs part, is from when I cap the games, that might help picking the
game with less anxiety. Sort of like a mini write up.

Yeah I hear ya, it hasn't been groovey lately. They kicked ass there for awhile.
