Wow ... Have you seen the Buffalo's game ? They really svck ....
Totally no offense and their "once-have-been" good defense crawling in the mud... Miller and Myers won't be able to maintain this team through out the season. I'll go on the opposite of this team now.
Not to reduce the Habs (my beloved team ) but Sabres really have a pb this year and their coach is way out of the track, won't help them to make the playoff.

Cold day over here in Philly. Will be outside enjoying it while playing hockey. Although I hate roller hockey, this is going to bring back my child hood.

Honestly, I like Tampa so far. They have great players and a great goaltender in Dan Ellis. With that said, Florida played excellent against the flames, but at the same time, the flames played absolutely awful. I still think Tampa takes this game.

I really like the under in the Chicago - Buffalo game. Kane out and with the injuries the sabres have and their scoring woes, I still see a low scoring game, no more than 5.

What do you think Baxter? I don't see you taking the under in games are you strictly over?

I love Tampa this season, Boucher is coaching this team to victory this season, there is a reason why I think they will be in the stanley cup finals this season.

I have taken over's this week because its week one and teams are still trying to adjust. I will play unders once the season gets a little deeper. I like the under in the hawks game IF Turco is not in net and of course Miller is in net. Im still not sold on Turco, hes good for 3 goals allowed per game. Hossa has been on a raging streak and tearing it up for me in fantasy hockey, I think he can rip one past Miller tonight, maybe even 2. I think it is going to be a close game, 3-2, maybe 3-3 in OT. BOL

Bax- tough day, but its way early. I took Sabres on the Moneyline, and Turco manages to screw me again! He's still screwing me even when he's 1400 miles away. I can't tell you how very much i hate him. On the upside, I have continued to roll with the Stars, now 4-0 on the year. I know its dangerous betting on your team, but the way Lehtonen has played.....it makes sense. Monday night against the Lightning should be interesting. I'll be very curious to hear your thoughts.

I didn't mean it to be cocky at all, it was common sense with all the signs pointing to the flyers...only problem was, the flyers offense once again did not show up as usual

And as usual the penalties is what eventually buried the flyers...They allowed a 5 on 3 and Crosby finally scored, then again on another power play. Even strength crosby was as silent as a mouse, as the same with Malkin

New York was dealt an even greater blow with Gaborik and Drury injured along with Prospal. Gaborik, Prospal and Drury combined for 76 of New York's 219 goals last season. Also, Gaborik had a hat trick and Prospal added two assists in the last matchup at Colorado. The injuries to the Rangers' top offensive threats will put added pressure on Henrik Lundqvist, who has a 3.95 goals-against average in three games, which is very bad for a top notch goalie like Lundqvist to start the season. As for Colorado's goalie, Anderson is 2-1-1 with a 1.72 GAA and a shutout in four games against the Rangers, winning his two contests at MSG while allowing one goal on 78 shots. ONE GOAL in 78 shots and that was with the Rangers 3 top offensive weapons in the line up, tonight those 3 guys are NOT in the line up.

This game will come down to the Rangers missing 3 offensive weapons leaving all the pressure on their goalie, and Colorado's goalie who has won both his career starts on Rangers ice. The Avalanche know they have the advantage in this game and will take full advantage of it, leaving this game to be a blow out or a close win by Colorado.
