I actually missed the over due to my book not crediting me for my deposit fast enough... Can't blame anyone but myself though.

#253Wow, the refs in ottawa are giving this game to Carolina right now. It's ridiculous. Phantom penalty to make up for a hit that was legal, and then a played puck with a high stick by staal that results in a goal. Quickly 2-2. Sometimes... I just wanna.Comment -

#263BaxMan- did you have anything on last night's Stars/Red Wings game? I wanted too lay some on Dallas, but I always try to stay away from betting on my favorite team. Its impossible for me to bet against them, so its never true reason if you bet on them. We have season tix to the Stars, and I'll say this as objectively as possible....Kari Lehtonen is a badass! The Stars totally dominate the Wings. In every way. This Stars team is night & day compared to what they were with Turco in net. Lehtonen is a HUGE upgrade. You can see it in the players confidence, and even feel it from the fans. As I said before the season started, if Lehtonen plays 60 games, Stars make the playoffs easy. With this group we have now....they're contenders.Comment -

#264It's the new coach Tampa got, I think his name is Boucher..He has a good system but then again the Flyers are not going to win when they have Laviolette changing up the lines every shift, players are not going to get used to one another. My old coach used to do that to us all the time, it irritated me so muchOriginally posted by G3ck0l0c0Although the over wasn't my choice, I was really confident with the Flyers win... #265I wanted to touch the starts game but didn't know what to expect from the wings. They are missing Rafalski on the back end and when he is out you can tell, because the wings always go and blow leads or blow the game completely. They need him back, but until he is I wont touch any wings games.Originally posted by opie1988BaxMan- did you have anything on last night's Stars/Red Wings game? As for Turco, I always said Dallas need to ship him out, the guy is a bum and over-rated. Lehtonen is sooo much better and well worth the money and risk. You guys are going to be solid in the next season or so....

#266Again guys, sorry for the 0-2 night. Should of been 2-0 easily but mistakes do happen.
I got up early today to study every angle possible for tonight's games, I am on a mission for myself and you guys here at SBR.

#26810/15 - Ok guys this is going to get us back after last night's $500 loss
Islanders/Penguins OVER 5.5 (5 UNITS)
BlackHawks/Blue Jackets OVER 5.5 (5 UNITS)
Though Fleury is 6-0-1 with a 1.68 goals-against average in his last seven games against the Islanders (1-1-1), coach Dan Bylsma said Thursday he'll start Johnson, who's 4-7-0 with a 4.04 GAA versus New York.
It don't matter who starts for the Islanders because the Penguins need this win and they are going to throw everything at the net, crash it, do whatever they can to get a win in the new Arena.
I truly believe though, the Islanders will beat the Penguins tonight, I'm starting to think Mario jinxed them by pouring the igloo water on the ice before the home opener
moron Mario is, moron.

#278Yep, exactly. Boucher, former Hamilton's coach (MTL AHL team) I think. I though they would destroy the Habs last game as the guy knows very well the Canadians and Jacques Martin's strategy. He had strategic keys to give Tampa a big win. I believe TAM isn't ready, the guys must play a little more together to get the chemistry. Watch out this team this season.Originally posted by Baxter Man13It's the new coach Tampa got, I think his name is Boucher..He has a good system but then again the Flyers are not going to win when they have Laviolette changing up the lines every shift, players are not going to get used to one another. Flyers are a strong team, even with Laviolette's strange coaching. Maybe he tries to avoid the team getting dependent of one big line. This rollover may be deceiving for the time being but it'll increase with time. Flyers are going for a great season, not like last year where they struggled to get in playoff (like many teams in the conference). They have a big potential. Get wait for these big teams to wake up and give us some show !
GL with your picks buddy !
