Until now, I've taken this as a given, but the minuses (-) and the pluses (+) suddenly confuse me.. My pick of the day is an 'odds 1.33' at my European bookie's. Is it correct to post it as -133?

4.22.14: LA G Jonathan Quick Total Saves Under 29.5 [-130]
Quick has been torched for 12 goals in the first two games of this series and made 33 & 23 saves. I don't see Quick ever getting pulled, although there may be a 2% chance if he allowed a couple soft goals in early ... but we're talking about probably the best goalie still in the NHL. Riding with this mainly on the way the LA defense has performed at home. On the season, they give up around 27 shots per game. At home, that number drops to around 23. All season long, Quick has not faced more than 30 shots in a home start and that came once. Normally, the higher the # of shots - the more trouble LA found themselves in and Quick was giving up 3-4 goals. In turn, he has not made as many as 30 saves at home all season.
