Just looking over tonight's card now...

Kinda leaning the Hurricanes either -1 or in regulation. The other game I'm looking at is PHX @ WPG. Paul Maurice's first game as the Jets' head coach, they've lost 5 games in a row and are just spiraling downward... expect their best effort tonight...Phoenix on the other hand is kinda in the same situation, in desperate need of a win...I wouldn't count them out of this game just because WPG will be giving their all. PHX has lost 4 of 5, and hit the road tonight for the 1st game of a 2 game road trip. Smith and Pavelec already confirmed as starting goalies.... I can see this being very tight.

Be back in a bit with my wagers.

I think it will be close scoring and if I had to choose a play it would be under, but again, don't play them much so take it fwiw.

I was thinking GS Under as well perhaps but I think 1 of the games might have 8-10 goals and fukk it up.

I was so wrapped up in an nba pick last night that I forgot to bet on the Salami Under!!!
Man, so upset!

I was all over that early in the day - just slipped my mind.
Guess I'm stuck at 3-1 for Grand Salamis on the season...last night just stood out to me as a good chance to hit.

Pittsburgh Penguins 1P-0.5 (+138)

Tonight is Washington`s 5th game in 7 nights...their latest game last night going to OT with the Sharks. Pittsburgh hasn`t played in 4 so I`m hoping they jump on them. Toronto seems like they`re turning a corner finally... I hope they keep up the solid play tonight, I just hope it`s not a let down situation for them.

Looks like a bit of a dry spell for ya' Ser.
I had a bad night in nba...trying to limit my plays there.
I am 8-2 in Under plays however this year in nba, and still hitting about 58% of Unders in nhl.

Tonight I'm going to play:

Parlay: Lightning (+1) / Blues +1
1.4 units to win 1 unit...a little worried about Kings bringing their A-game.
I may do a ML play on Blues though too. With Bishop back and Lighning back at home, I don't see them losing, but just in case.

Also leaning Under in:

Detroit at NY Rangers (U5)
Montreal at Ottawa (Under 1.5 - 1st period)
Vancouver at Phoenix (Under 6)
Winn at Calgary (Under 5.5)

Man, I see you have a profit. I am down 18 units since starting with 50 last summer.
I look back at my plays and win about 55% of the time and still lose long term. Any advice as to how I can get out of this whole?

Rollin, im not sure what lines you play but if you focus more on dogs and very small faves, you should easily turn profit at 55%. That's just my 2 cents

I think I should start following you and SerPucks more, and D2D.
I am very good at Under plays, but haven't played them as large as ML winners of Parlays...guess that's been my downfall.

Yeah if you tend to play a lot of juice (like I did last night with STL

) it will definitely catch up to you. I try to pick my spots when laying the chalk but unfortunately sometimes it doesn't work out. Like Slammer said, focus more on getting your price closer to even and the 55% will make you a profit. If you look at my record I'm only hitting 53%, but a few well timed bigger bets and trying my hardest to get good prices will get you in the green. If your under's seem to hit more, I'd be playing them at the same price as your ML's. Try and keep all your unit's sized consistently.

I am anything but an expert at this as this is only my 2nd year sports betting, but I find every night there's a lesson to be learned and I try to remember them as best I can.
