I got a premium play though for Ottawa to win. This dude has won 5 straight and nailing everything. So I stayed away. But was going to do a ml parlay with Bos and Phoenix, but trying to avoid Parlays more.

Dude - January was awful for those of us who bet on favorites to win ML or parlays.
I feel pretty confident with my Under play tonight of Avs-Devils (U5). Maybe that's because I have a 26-13 record for Unders - dunno. Recent history has given this matchup the Under in 5 of last 6. 2 very good goaltenders tonight, and since Avs scored 7 last game, I look for that to be around 2 tonight. I see a 3-1 or 2-1 final. Here's to hoping!

My premium play I got today is on LA Kings (ML). I have been contemplating this even before it came out.
Only reason hesitant is LA has not been good to bet on lately. It's now or never for these guys really - they are still in decent shape for a playoff spot, but want to get a better seeding and most importantly to start playing like they are capable. Their home ice advantage here is undervalued though it is not as big a factor as last season in reg. season and in playoffs. Kings want to exact revenge on Blackhawks from their defeat earlier this year and in last year's playoffs.
I think I will make a small bet on Kings tonight. This dude has been 5-0 since I started getting these picks, and they weren't obvious to me before I read the picks...or even after.Comment -

my gut instinct is hawks will take this one. Kings can't score lately and to go against Crawford makes it that much more difficult.
they are on a 3 game losing streak, but also being at home might get them fired up to come out strong. It's a no play for me, but with a gun to my head I could see LA pulling it of. 2-1 or 3-2 in shoot outsComment -

LA will be treating tonight like a playoff game desperate for a win... and Chicago hasn't exactly been rolling as of late. I know Chicago played last night, but I like them to rebound tonight in Ottawa. Craig Anderson getting his first start in a couple weeks after dealing with a shoulder injury. Also, Ottawa returning home after being on the road for the last 3 games, haven't played since Tuesday, I'm hoping they'll be a little flat... Bobby Ryan also out for the Sens for the rest of the year. Blackhawks missing Patrick Kane still but I feel they should come out with the 2 points.
