Toronto has given up 2 of there last 3 games and seem to be reeling after losing Bolland and Bozak down the middle. Minnesota on the other hand is playing well this year and are definately a big jump ahead of the lame duck team they were years ago. However.. Philly's offence has finally started to get going, with Giroux heating up along with Hartnell and Voracek and Lecav, being the old timer stud that he is, I expect PHI to score at least 2 tonight. Pittsburgh on the other hand has been struggling a bit in the offensive department, and what better time for Sid and Malkin to wake up than in a big physical divisional matchup on home ice. Out of the two plays tonight, this is the stronger lean of the two. Should be a very entertaining game to watch, either way.

Good luck tonight, I was planning on making a pretty big play on the Wild if Harding was in net, now probably just going to pass. I think the Wild are the better team, but leafs have gotten better goal-tending and pretty good chance they will tonight. Leafs have been outshot buy almost 10 shots per game so far Yes, shots don't mean wins, look at the Kings last night, but I think success can't be sustainable at -10 per game or close to it rate.

Yea that Shot differential is concerning for sure, but I am seriously starting to think that, it's a result of their play style.. They don't seem to be a shooting team, in the sense that they rarely just rush in and shoot (except Kessel obv.) .. They love the dump and chase, the smash and grab style and end up getting less "shit shots" on net, and usually end up with fewer, but better quality shots..

Agree with you 100% on Harding, what a stud he is, playing his ass off this year.. Would not be betting against him in this spot.. And if that didn't lead me to believe that Backstrom will be playing "extra hard" tonight to try and stay relevant, I would be on the Leafs for 2-3 units.. but that angle left me a little unsure, so one unit for entertainments sake and just cuz.. the Leafs are due for 1. they are a .600 team this year imo.. Maybe not without Bolland/Bozak, but I'm hoping they can patch up until those guys get back.. Kadri has a ton of talent and has played much better with his increased Ice time. Mark Fraser is back in the lineup and shutting things down again.. And I think I just talked myself into a play on the under5.0 lol.

Gettin' Itchy watching this first period with PIT/PHI.. Feel like it had a chance to go over early with a ton of close calls etc. but now that those didn't go in, the game has settled into a grind fest.. Seen this happen before, hopefully they can squeak one before the end of the 1st and open up the gameplay a bit for the 2nd..

Yeah, it was only at 2.5, huge juice but when he pounds, I listen. Huge over reaction... they were just saying that on TSN... how they're constantly jumping timezones... you probably heard it too. I wouldn't think an hour here an hour there isn't a huge deal... but i dunno.

I'm on the regulation too, would like to see another goal before I hit the sack. Like you, I can't sleep when I have live bets.

The 3rd period of that SJ/EDM was possibly the most painful thing I've watched in many weeks in the NHL, as someone who was on the OVER4.5 AND OVER 5.5... 3 Goal posts in the 3rd alone... 2 missed chances at the empty net... 2 blown Powerplays where SJ took penalties and went to 4-on-4... and early in the Game, Smyth missed on a wide open net when he rushed his wrap-around...

It took all of that, and a few more that I didn't mention, to keep the total under in this game.. Roughhhhh.. Overall not too bad a night considering there were over 15units in play.. but still a gross finish on what should have been the +maker on the night (SJ/EDM Over)..
