WoW! Just hit with Indy in that 4th Quarter Comeback, that game had Eff ME written all over it, but they came out and pulled it off again in the 4th! So sick. Was banking on Indy for the Sunday night bailout package and they delivered huge. +$400 on that game!
Still may take it easy this week, as I'm starting a new contract tomorrow at work and wanna have my head in the game for the week.

TONIGHT'S PLAYS
PHI vs. CAR(ML) @+100 x2u WIN
Justin Peters has had very poor results and is a gross 0-5 in his five starts for the Hurricanes. Tonight they will be hosting the Flyers who are one of the worst looking teams in the NHL right now aside from the obvious candidates (FLA/BUF). If Carolina can't pull out a win at home tonight, what CAN they do? Peters is due for a win, poor guy.. I'm betting they get the W tonight on home ice.
NYI vs. WAS(ML) @-130 x1u WIN
Ovechkin will be back in the lineup for the Caps, who have looked much better in their last couple of games. The Islanders should put up a good fight as they too have been playing well, but I think the Ovechkin return will provide the momentum that WAS needs to win this game.
OTT(ML) vs. CBJ @+110 x1u WIN
The Sens have been on a slide lately. They have lost their last 5 games, 3 of those losses were by one goal and of those, two were in the shootout. I'm surprised to be honest, because OTT has a very good hockey team and should be in the playoffs this season in my opinion. I like their back-up tender Lehner, despite is 0-2-2 start, he is a solid goalie and I think he'll pull off his first W of the season tonight in Columbus.
EDM(ML) vs. FLA @+105 x1u WIN
Another case here of a decent looking team having a terrible start to the year with the Oilers now sitting in last place in their division with a measley 8 points and a 3-10-2 record. This is probably the biggest surprise of the year for me as I expected them to be in playoff contention as well. Dubnyk will finally return to the net tonight as he has recovered from his previous (undisclosed) injury. EDM has got to right the ship, why not on the road in FLA against an equally brutal team? Dubnyk coming back will provide a much needed psychological spark and I could see this game getting ugly for FLA early. But it is EDM after all, so only one unit.
VAN(ML) vs. PHX @-105 x1u LOSE
A bit of a coin-flip in this game as the line would suggest, but I'm going to go with the team that has the greater star power in Sedin, Kesler, Sedin on the front line, as well as the better coach. (Love John Tortorella).
BUF(In Reg.) vs. SJ @+600 x.5u LOSE
Just cuz this line is too juicy, any team can win ONE game. SJ(ML) will probably be on about 90-100% of big parlays tonight and that's because they'll probably smash BUF in to bits.. BUT in the rare case that they don't. I'll be laughing all the way to the 6:1 bank. This is a no sweat bet, as it's already expected to lose.

Hate boiling it all down to one play.. but If I had a gun to my head, I would single out Carolina as the team that is most DUE for a win, and against a team that is most awful.. and at +100 it feels like a strong play. Would suggest WAS(ML) as a close second, but it's hard to bet confidently against the NYI as they have had a relatively strong start to the season... Philly on the other hand.. well, most money going against them these days is doubling and coming back so.... yer call

I'm going to tail you on that OKC spread, based on what I know from last year, that is a solid play..
Have not paid any attention to NBA off-season or pre-season, and don't really plan on playing much NBA this season, as NHL is taking all my free time and is "enough action" for me…
But tonight. I'm rollin' with ya on OKC-7.0 @-110.
