Tulsa is way too good on the ground. If the Hurricanes could stop taking penalties and chose not to throw the ball again in this game, just rushing and punting as needed, ISU would have almost no chance to win.

I really regret not taking Tulsa +6 when ISU went ahead in the 1Q, as this game was always looking like it could be a tight one. I feel very insecure with the Cyclones +3 right now.
