When Oregon State went up 3-0, they were -220 at most books but like -180 at the sharp ones. True to form, they choked down the stretch. Not sure what they knew that we didn't, given Riley's a much better coach than Brown yet his team totally collapsed late.

Really should've taken TCU. This Michigan State team is anemic offensively, they have trouble with mobile QB's, and their defense gives up a lot of untimely yardage in 3rd down situations. So far, everything has played out that exact way.

Makes you wonder. If you would've told me that Riley would be horribly out-coached by Brown while protecting a 10-point lead in a game they dominated for three full quarters, I wouldn't have believed it for a second.

I was surprised at some of OSU's playcalling. If they just run the ball the whole game they win by 10.

The only times their offense got stopped was when they dropped back to pass because they turned it over or got sacked which put them behind the chains.

Texas has one of the worst defenses in the country and gave up like 300 yards rushing in three straight games this year. The only chance their defense had was to get a pass rush going.

Also, I don't understand why Oregon State didn't call a timeout at the end of the first half to kick a FG. You never know how that extra three points changes things. It would have put a lot more pressure on Texas and possibly changed their playcalling. Now you have to score two TDs instead of a TD and FG changes the way you call the game.

I feel lucky to cash Texas. They had a reverse that went the distance, one deep bomb, and a lucky ass throw on the run for a TD. I have no idea how Ash made that throw.

Exactly. It was just a horribly coached game all-around by Riley, who is a good coach. Play-calling didn't make sense, strategy didn't make sense, and they stuck with Vaz for way too long.

vaz was horrible. That guy mannion isnt much better, pretty much a big stiff, but I agree they should have switched it up.

I lean Iowa State ML, but have some hesitations there. Richardson is still a green QB who put up good numbers against horrific defenses, and with both Shontrelle Johnson and Jake Knott out, I'm not sure that's the slam dunk some are anticipating.

I can see the angle on Tulsa. ISU's without Shontrelle Johnson and Jake Knott, and Sam Richardson's still kind of an unknown. Tulsa's D is better than both Kansas and WVU -- the two teams he's faced.

With that being said, I think ISU is the more battle-tested team and I'm not a fan of Cody Green at all. I'll take the BCS team at + the points.
