Some thoughts on the Clemson game. Syracuse is thin with injuries up front on Defense and with the rapid pace they place at on offense against this Clemson defense, that might not be a good combo. With Clemson's QB a little banged, I expect them to get plenty of possessions and wear down the Syracuse front with the run game. I think there's going to be plenty of quick 3 and outs for Syracuse and the lead will build and build and in the end I think Clemson covers. I actually have Clemson ML only to being one of my ML parlays up over +100, but other than that my only play tonight is in the NHL. GLA!

Recap: I think I was pretty on point in this week, even in my losses. Texas Tech blew a big lead and UTEP lost the spread by a point when they gave up a FG with a few minutes left and couldn't muster any points on the day. UCLA and my teaser were the only bad losses.
I can't even be too mad about my parlay loss. I won my other parlay that paid better and the only loss in the other one was cuz I added Clemson to bring it over +100. My only regret is not replaying it after Clemson lost.
I went 4-0 in ML dogs in some really good games and that was the difference today for me.

Seems like it, I wanted to grab it when it opened at +15 but I like to look into games for a few days and be confident. I have this line at a low of +8.3 and a high of +14.9, but the high projection comes from the SOS difference and I think books sometimes are wrong on SOS. I do have a concern about Syracuse after that big win vs Clemson and having to go on the Road, but I could see them winning this game SU and I like to take dogs who I think can win SU. I almost locked in Iowa last night, but do have concern about their pass defense. It's not something you'll notice much by looking at the numbers, but watching them I feel like that is a weakness and it hasn't been exposed properly yet. Northwestern isn't going to be able to run the ball like they did last week though and I have Iowa favored by about 5 according to my numbers so a ML play is tempting.

This one I was happy with because I was able to take a chance and hedge the final two plays. I think it was the first time I tried to hedge with two plays left, but the worse I could of done was get my hedge money back, but it ended up working out because I lost both parlay plays but won both hedge plays and came out way ahead of the parlay price and it gave me some action last night.
