they should book Franklin/Machida, and pay Machida, Rich Frabklin money

This card was fairly weak to begin with, but it's taken a lot of damage. I hope they can get a good replacement in for Nog.

For some reason the UFC cards that look the worst always turn out to be one of the best, I have faith that it will be a good show

i was lucky to get him at -185. it's now at -245, although i imagine it wouldn't take much to swing it back.

It opened @-120/-120 before BFO even brought the lines out. I am pissed for not grabbing him there.

Lots of live dogs on this one. Pierce, Hallman, & Pyle all stand out to me. Especially Pierce and Pyle, they've really been hitting their strides lately and I see both outwrestling their opponents to decisions.

Not sure about Pyle, I think MacDonald will be too much. I've already got big play on Pierce at +110 and +115 though

i do not know who will win the pyle/macdonald fight. however i do know for a fact that macdonald is being overvalued at -260.
pierce/hendricks... flip a coin. pierce can replicate what story did, but hendricks might be pissed off about that loss and be prepared for that strategy.

davis handled him? did we watch the same fight?
davis couldn't get him down for the vast majority of the round.

he choked him out in the first...where i come from, that`s fairly definitive....and he`s the only wrestler on gustafsson`s reume....
soooo....so the question stands...is everyone confident that hamill`s wrestling won`t be too much for gustafsson.....also given the fact that hamill`s stand-up is probably better than davis` at this point in their careers...
i think the odds are a tad steep...

Yeah Davis had to struggle to get the takedown but did still dominate in that he won in first round! Gustaffsson has improved since then though thanks to his training with Davis and rest of Alliance. Hamill isnt the biggest LHW either and the way Gustaffsson reversed and dominated Te-Huna on the ground is evidence that his grappling has improved significantly since the Davis loss. He's clearly going to be the better striker, and Hamill's takedowns are not exactly GSPesq, they are rather telegraphed and I think he'll eat some leather if/when he does attempt them. He also seems to think he's some sort of elite striker so may even stand with Gustaffson for large portions of the round, I'll be shocked to see him get the better standing. He's not gonna land a headkick on 6ft 4 Swede like he did on Munoz! Cant rule out a decision for Hamill, maybe a lucky wild haymaker, but I think there is value in Gustafsson up to -180. Not sure if coming in on 3 and half weeks notice will be a major factor, Hamill is the kind of fighter who is always training and probably not been out partying like Charlie Sheen since his loss to Rampage!

Hammil isn't a smart fighter that's the problem. If he fought smart with a good game plan I'd bet him all day, but this isn't the case.

Hallman at +160 is a gift. The Lytle fight seemed more to be Chris overlooking Ebersole than anything else. Ebersole left his neck open over and over and over. Plus Hallman has the wrestling to get on top.

yeah....thanks for the reponse...i was a bit worried about gustafsson`s resume prior to his ufc fights(sketchy)......and his one bout vs a high level collegiate wrestler ended badly...
not to say that i`m not impressed with him....he`s a real prospect....just worried about all the times we`ve seen wrestlers grind out wins vs otherwise superior fighters...
i`m not selling ebersole short...the guy`s recent record is pretty solid....he`s tall and pretty well rounded with a solid gastank....
i read about hallman` supposedly rectifying his stamina issues...but i`m always a little cynical about guys miraculously developing cardio after long careers in which it was an issue...i guess we`ll see...because ebersole strikes me as a bulldog...he basically out gutted lytle...
solid fight....tough call...

i just sold my grandparents house on gustaffson. Ey saddle up boys hamill will never win this fight. Its just a faulty decision or a lucky punch that will safe that poor guy. Gustafsson has been so impressive, just look at his old fights and up to now. He is a talent, and from sweden which is great for swedish mma and norwgian mma, since norwegian press surely will find something with his heritage they can angle or give norway credit for. 1.51 at pinnacle still has value in my book. From a betting stand, gustafson got better hands, more durable, better submissions, takedown defense to upset most wrestlers and a huge reach. wrecked, koscheckbaby? are you going to say something ? come shoot niggas

is this the same guy that posted this?
""The fact that the UFC gives shane carwin jon olav einemo must be a good sign. I am norwegian, and norwegians barely win anything. Just look at dan evensen, maybe the worst guy been in the ufc ever. It does not surprise me that Joakim hansen has lost three in a row, norwegians just suck, when it comes to sport because we believe that everyone is equal, and that people shouldt be better than other (this is called jante law) If someone says, hey, im the best, people ******* hate you. I just Expekt that einemo will lose based on the fact that he is norwegian.""
