The science proved he still had it in his system. The fight was moved to another state bc the NSAC wouldn't license the juiced MFer. Then he tested positive again after the fight, but got an exemption.

He's cheated before, and if anything, the "science" proves he a micro-dosing cheater. Most scientist that arent Jeff Novitsky knew his science facts were BS, and they have already been disputed.
