Wow Pantoja all the way to +money. That is surprising line movement.

Anyone else feel a real sense of relief when a fight comes up that you DON'T have a bet on? A nice little stress free scrap. My pick is Ortiz here but I have it capped as pretty much a dead even fight. I think controlling the clinch will be a huge factor.

i agree with tpowell's analysis so i might have jumped to conclusion on barz's IQ. i didn't see round 1, but people were saying his wad was half empty after r1. smart that he would conserve energy for r3

I think Pantoja is tired.
Ortiz isn't tired at all.
We'll see tho.

Live Hedge:
Ortiz (+260) 1u
Should still be a 10-9 Pantoja for R1 but I don't like the way that Ortiz finished that round. He may have stolen back some of the momentum at the end of R1.

New unified rules tonight or no? If they are, then that first round was prob 10-8 on some cards.

hell of a good bet. i don't usually live bet, but most of the live bet is usually solely based on how both fighters are breathing in between rounds lol

Looks like I was right.
Pantoja is being more efficient and tactical but Ortiz seems to have more energy.
Wrestling/grappling with Henry Cejudo helping Pantoja big time here.

Too bad Pantoja didn't get that early choke. Would have been a huge win for me.

Go live in black neighborhood. They have a much worse track record for treating white people like sh!t

Too bad we couldn't bet on Ortiz getting his back taken in fights. It really does seem like it's every fight lol

Close fight. I've got it 29-28 Pantoja but 29-28 Ortiz is fine too.

Ortiz just shoots himself in the foot. Outside of two dumb, rushed decisions that led to getting his back taken, he won this fight.

In judging fights, I'll take 4 minutes of control over 45 seconds of grazing punches. We're probably looking at a Split DEC.
