^ Yup. This is a problem. Not saying that went through Eddie's head, but a guy who has been beat for 2 rounds? What do you have to lose? Throw an illegal knee and maybe they just let it happen and you win by KO. If they call it illegal, you just get a NC anyway. Wtf.

Post Script: Even though I am from, and still reside in Texas, F**k this fu**in' state for being a bunch of fu**in' vagina fuc*s, for not adopting new rules, these guys were fightin' on pure heart and instinct, they're not gonna remember any goddamn rules...

I am with Roegan on this shit, fuc* rules in fights anything goes, knees anytime, any kind of elbow, etc...fight or gtfo. Plain and simple. Stupid fuc*in athletic commissions!

No Contest keeps both fighters reasonably happy with the outcome and paid.. Bettors won't get to upset either in the end. Herb played it safe but should have called it a DQ. That last knee was clearly illegal and rocked his bell....

That's why I said the UFC needs to implement instant replay in situations like these.. Not that hard to implement... No brainer... Hope Dana White is reading in..
