One of my favourite Placebo songs "Follow the Cops Back Home" is all about Iceland and how there is almost no crime and therefore no police! They often go to Iceland and during one of Molko's drugged/piss up sessions in a bar there came up with the idea of what would happen if you "followed the cops back home and robbed them" - the idea that they'd be the only cops around so there would be no response to the robbery as nobody else to call!
Genius!

^ Good song. i doubt the dude with guyliner is robbing guys like the mountain though.
Well, by "robbing" Molko is probably meaning "arse raping"

Nah, not this time. I think Umalatov is underrated; his fight IQ is very high, and he combines it with an impressively well-rounded game. Napes seems to think he fights like Chris Leben, but he's very skilled, especially considering his lack of athletic gifts.
This will be a great opportunity for him to shine if you are right as Pendred is pretty bad too - having a hard time deciding which one I think is worse and may just put my money elsewhere - Chris Leben just had to snort a pill somewhere after hearing you compared him to Gascan

Is he a stud? No he is not. I'd say his star is still on the rise though...
Still wins this next fight one would think...

I like the drop to Welterweight for Pendred but is he really that bad on his feet? Seems like King picked him apart pretty easy in his last fight. I don't think he will get dropped in this fight by such a limited striker, but still.

only good news is that Umalatov isn't known for his striking...... or anything else. I think the fact that he didn't convincingly beat Thiago in his last fight is a very bad sign. Sure, he won 2 rounds but they weren't blowouts by any stretch and Thiago put together a good Round 3. I think Pendred will have a HUGE edge in a potential Round 3, which seems a given

Yeah he had a KILLER first round and I honestly think it was a body kick that slowed him down...I expect Musoke to go to the ground here as well.....he is very good on the ground KG is very very good as well....1 more takedown round 2 or 3 musoke would have gotten the W....

That was a strange fight. Musoke was able to take Kelvin down in the first but had no success after that. Kelvin demolished him in rounds 2 and 3.

Also, Pendred/Umalatov Not Fight of the Night at any odds is the play of the card. This is going to be the ugliest fight in recorded history.

anybody else think Bandel and Chavez have potential? I think Bandel dropping down could be huge. I also think Askham should be favored in the Cedenblad fight

Griffin/Bonnar wasn't a pretty fight. Pendred gets another spectacular comeback and the bet is f*cked.

Bandel via sub in the first (Itd @ +335). Chavez via decision @ +500. Cedenblad @ -140. I believe you can still get Chavez via decision @ +320.

Indeed. He's basing that on fact that Story is an old-school brawler and tends to wade in with predictable "bombs" so I guess he's thinking Gunni will counter him as Story wades in and take his head "cleeeeeeeaaan aahhhfff"

I wouldn't even wake up for it if I didn't have football to bet on in the morning.

Gunni, Holloway, Latifi, Siver in various parlays with the other card.
Straight plays on Gunni/Story over 2.5, Holloway KO/TKO, Wilkinson/Backstrom under 1.5
Small plays on Yakovlev and Jotko

Chavez didn't bring his belly with him today though. He looks 5 years younger without the fatface.
