Partial inside pics of me casa.. Residential square footage in Santa Monica, California is arguably the most expensive in all of America.. Not a mansion Marzwood but a nice house I built and designed myself years ago.. Older pics but this is a current pic of part of my master room and part of the living area (yes was streaming the UFC on my laps and viewing on my TV at the time of that pic) LOL... Not flattering pics, looks much better and bigger in person.. That's how I roll living as a single dude near the beach out here on the West Coast..
Also a pic of my car lot in Los Angeles which I mentioned, which was a house when I first bought it for $110,000, 20 years ago, I paid 4 grand and changed the zoning from residential to commercial and turned it into a rental for a used car lot dealership... 10,000 sq ft... It's been a cash cow and rented ever since and yes it went up 20 times in value over 20 years time.. This was the vision I saw when purchasing this property when I was 26 years old.... Borrowed like crazy to buy it at the time and own it free and clear today..Comment -
