I live in a 3 million dollar house now in Santa Monica, California.. 9 blocks from the beach in the best part of town... I still owe 400k on this biitch though.. Working on paying it off... Also own a 10,000 sq ft commercial property lot in Down Town LA.. It's rented to a successful car dealership for over 10 years now.. Just sit back and get fat checks now every month in the mail from that one.. I own that lot free and clear today and that is my golden egg.. Just appraised at close to 2 mil... That's all I got....
