Thanks man. I'm still bummed that I forgot to tweet the play, but hey, I was asleep for most of the card. Took a huge hit on Stout/Noons goes distance, so I'm fortunate to have even finished up. How'd you do tonight?

Yeah i did alright, got about 20% return on my outlay so I can't complain. Played mostly chalk so don't feel like it was my best effort to date. Took a pretty decent hit on stout as well.

I am moving to the burbs. I put in an offer for a house yesterday and they accepted our counter offer. I will be living next to a golf course.

Growing up sucks.

I pulled the offer out.
I learned that the house was so cheap as the realtor lied on the MLS for the assessment and when the house was built.

I offered last week. The seller wanted me to get the Certificate of Occupancy. I hesitated on this because I thought I was getting the house at value. Then I spoke to others, and everyone said the seller should do it. After agreeing, we informed the seller to do so. They have delayed a week and still didnt sign the contract. Due to that, and the misinformation, I pulled my offer.

I lost nothing but my time and the opportunity cost on other homes.
