How many times have i said rolling those tires and jumping with weights is something a complete clown does. U have to have picture perfect form to do that tire roll shit oh and jumping with weights u should have ur head examine. i have even seen GSP do this is absolute ridiculous method of training. Another thing is back flipping those heavy bags. I remember tweeting Carwin and asking him where he got his engineering degree after watching him jumping with weight and of course hurting his back again.

Can't see any odds for the Castillo/Barboza fight on best fight odds but my book opened Castillo at +165. Don't know what odds you guys will get but I think this fight is a lot closer than that. Had to put 2 units on Castillo as there is now way he should be that big of a dog

The tire roll is completly safe unless you don't overdo the weight of the tire immensly and it's not hard to have good form doing it, even when you are tired. You are fine aslong as you lift with your legs and use them to push off.

Jumping with any kind of weight however is complete lunacy and is like asking to get injured, form is absolutley critical there and is also hard to maintain as you get tired.

Overhead throws are also more then fine, greco has several throwing techniques that utalize the overhead and is used on the regular in training.

So 1 -2 there.
