I didn’t give it to him, but the next day I gave him him forty dollars for meals, and he goes downstairs, and I don’t see him for three hours, and then he has a story about how someone out bluffed him and he lost all his money. So he asked to borrow more money, because he can feel that he’s lucky now, and he’s going to win. It’s just the same story, he never wins, and he never wins. Justin Buchholz and I couldn’t believe that he constantly loses, so we decided to test it out for ourselves, and we aren’t any kind of poker players at all. What he does is he bluffs, but he has it written all over his face. There’s no poker face for him. You know what he’s doing every time, and he lost all of his money to us, even against people who don’t know how to play poker. He’s terrible but he’ll gamble on anything.”

Alcantara's subdefense is very good though, Faber DEC is the most likely outcome, Alcantara lacks the fundamental thing required to beat Faber which is cardio, he'll slow down by rd 2 and be dead on his feet by 3 as always, so should be an easy 29-28 at worst for Faber. If he goes at it like Hacran did a 30-27.Comment -

I worry though. I remember a thread a week or two after that discussing the opener on Barnetto-Mir and gabe said he had inside info on it, and it'd be foolish to tell it. Yeah sure, but i don't rate him very high in terms of technical striking, that punch everyone hails him for KO'ing Lamas with he threw that punch all the way from brazil, and the only person who didn't see it was Lamas.
