** Do not place any wagers on teams unless the word “Official” appears next to the game. All lines and standings are based on final lines on ScoresandOdds.com. Some of the unofficial plays may change to the other team by game time. Official plays will not change. Keep checking for updated posts until all games are marked “official”. If your book is offering (+1½) on the (-1½) plays above, buy the alternate line for (-1½) on the team I have listed at (-1½), not the other team. Glad to see you switched to St. Louis. Garcia has been a beast at 5 - 0 and the Phils never hit left handed pitchers.Comment -

#2511Because if the run line series loses, it will only cost 15 units. The M/L has already won, If the M/L bet doesn't hit again, the loss will be huge. There are several seasons when the fav. M/L only lost once, and several cases, 0 times. Those same years, the r/l bets had losses, usually 5 or 6. Since we don't know what series this will happen in, why take the chance. Losses occur: 1. Most frequently in M/L bets on dogs 2. Next most frequently on (-1 1/2) run line bets 3. On occasion, M/L on favorite bets. I play the M/L fav bets as though we are going to win them, and assume that the +money bets will lose. There is no backtesting to prove that the M/L favorite bet wins more than once in a series, since we already got that win, series is over. If you play them that way, here is what would have happened the last two years: 2010 M/L favorites were 82-0 (+82 units) (-1 1/2) plays were 73-4 (+74 units) Had you played out the favorites past their first win (when R/L lost): M/L favorites would be 83-2 (+63 units) This would be less. 2009 M/L favorites were 97-1 (+72 units) (-1 1/2) plays were 88-3 (+91 units) Had you played out the favorites past their first win (when R/L lost): M/L favorites would be 97-2 (+61 units) This would be less.Comment -

#2513Actually went with Yanks ML since JM MLB has this huge week break just trying to pick spots here and the Yankees at +138 was just to tempting for me. 7th inning right now so we shall see what happens. Yanks don't have Soriano in that 8th inning.Comment -

What is this statement trying to convey? I think the wrong person was asked if they were drunk, unless he was indeed referring to you and not me.Last edited by Wallco99; 05-17-11, 09:02 PM.Comment -

#2516I made them both, 9 hours apart. Perhaps people can just refer to my posts instead of constantly copy and pasting them, or even replying to them. The picks are appearing waaaay too often this way, and people are getting confused by seeing them so many times from so many different people. You don't need to reprint my whole post to ask a question about it. Thanks.Comment -

#2519Wallco, what about doing a labby with the remaining bets of the series all together? Like the A bet covers of series #1 and B bet covers of series #2, would a labby system be profitable playing the B, C, D of #1 and #2 together or as separate lines using 10%-40% of the unit?Comment -

#2520I think it'll be much easier if people don't re-post your picks on the same page over and over again. If anyone needs to know what plays are for the day, look at Wallco's postComment
