I love stats and in baseball there are 1,000 of them. Although Chi is 3rd in avg. they in the bottom half of the league (20th) in runs scored. They did not get to 27-40 by accident. They are not a good team and it's frustrating to watch a pitcher the caliber of Grenike get knocked around by these clowns.

Believe me GG I know that...and where do the Brewers rank on the road? How many times has Grienke pitched at wrigley...and so on... The brewers best chance is to get into the pen soon...of the cubbies...Garza is pitching better...

Great...I am up and that is all that matters..the multiplier is slightly negative this week...but if you read the rules and apply the multiplier everything is rosy!

Not much...also I like to base everything on the multiplier being positive so we need to wait... I never tried mustard till I was at a Cubs game...yes Cubs game as a young boy! If you got a hot dog in the stands back in the day...it automatically came with mustard on it...so I learned to like it...did not want to miss any of the game going under the stands to get one plain and put ketchup on it...


Lets just say I am a hop...skip and a jump from Wrigley field...used to walk a few miles home as a kid...so I know a little bit about the team...

Also I mentioned after you guys had the last four "D" losses to filter out the bottom 5 teams...the Cubs would of qualified before the series started...

It's Milwaukee that lost all four bets A-D on the RL-1.5 not the Cubs. The Cubs won their ML at (A). Let's keep things in perspective here.

I gotta wonder if that filter of yours would have helped ease some of the pain in that V3, KC series back on 6/3. Can't remember how far down they were at the start, but they gradually fell throughout the series. Another filter for JM, maybe?

the bottom 5 filter does sound solid to our eyes, but I am 100% sure that Wallco has backtested ideas of that sort. Im sure if that would be beneficial to the system, that he would have added that filter by now. And like 1gamer said, it was Milw that sh$t the bed on everyone... luckily it wasnt a ML series that lost.. the plus money series that lose dont hurt nearly as bad.

Lol that's a good analogy. Maybe Wallco has the running back tests results to compare for the seasons midstream. i.e. Did the past seasons dip into the red but eventually come out to post those gain, except for 2006? Were they streaky as in long strings of losses and wins like this season? I have a hard time following system I know nothing about so I jumped off as soon as I jumped in but there's a lot of plays left and he went on a tear initially it only makes sense it'll average down.

G's, I know your only coming in here to help, but honestly your capping tips don't mean much. There's nothing we can do but play Wallco's system the way it's laid out, and that's what I will continue to do for the rest of the season. The only thing different is that I am going to stop playing the Cubs for the rest of the season. They wen't to D bet twice earlier in the season in addition to causing 3 system losses already this year. Every time they are a pick they **** us over, so I refuse to play their series anymore.

I labby line the system so all my bets are assigned equal value, so this didn't cost me much, especially considering the incredible night we had a few days ago. Hopefully the loss is behind us and we can keep going forward.

People really need to stop freaking out when there are losses, the system is set to lose 5 more times this season just to hit its average season losses. It's just been a rough month, they happen all the time. Nothing we can do but take it and move forward, this is why you need to set your betting amounts to be prepared for this stuff!

JM's system is an entirely different story however, there was only 1 series in between the Yanks loss and this C bet, if this bet loses the chasers will be smoked for the season (i only labby JM, in my opinion its the only way to play it -money and come out ahead). We'll have to see how it plays out tonight...

Oh wow, still +11 units. System has losses, get over it! How long have you been waiting to copy/paste that? Not a bad system that can have 7 series losses and still be in the positive. Show me another one that can.

If you replicate everything that has happened so far this season (including the bad week we had, which I don't feel will happen again) we will have 14 losses and be at +22 units. At that point we would also have 188 wins. So with 188 wins, we would be up 22 units. However, the system has averaged 223 wins per year. That is another 35 wins that should be mixed in that aren't even accounted for. That is a minimum of 35 more units, even though you know it will be substantially more, because majority of bets are +money bets and go past (A) bet. Even at those #'s, it is potentially 57 units, when realistically, it will be 70-80. I am not going to argue the numbers any more, because some people just don't have the mentality to understand a +money bet system, and the several added losses that will be had as a result of not betting the favorites every game. As I've said before, I can't help when people jumped in, all I can do is provide yearly stats as I have in all my backtests. The system is based on units/year, not wins and losses per day. We are ahead of where we were the last time we took a loss, which means even though we lost a game, in that stretch, we made money. If that continues to happen each time we are between losses, then all should work out fine. The last time we lost a series, the system total was at +2 units at the conclusion of that series. Well, after this loss, it is +11, that is 9 units ahead of where we were then. If the bankroll continues to increase each time between losses, I don't see how that is a failure. Obviously multiple losses at once hurt, but if they can be avoided, single losses can be made up pretty quickly. I am sure we will be hearing from some folks that we haven't heard from in a while during the next few days, to them I say "show your math" or "shut your mouth"!
