could've been real money. I hate how I can hit parlays all day unless i put real money on. I actually developed a system similar to yours, except I use a system based on certain odds, but still using the better teams and fading the bad teams. Went 6-3 yesterday using all plus odds except the YankeesRL and TB RL. Hope it keeps working... Keep up the good work. Ill be following alot more closely now.

I think you mean until the rays play poorly. i hope they keep it up as well. . So far Tampa is the most profitable of the 5 teams used, being +12 units. PHI is the least profitable at +1.45 units but they have contributed to a couple parlay wins so all is good.

I haven't started a thread for it, I have an old thread for parlays that i'm ditching and if this first week goes pretty good I will start a thread with my system picks. I placed the system picks on my Plus odds parlay thread for today. Alot of dogs and heavy favorites though. Its good to have both though because both happen, i just hope im on the right side of things. I hate when the system picks go against my better judgment haha.

oh my bad, i just assumed you had one. For me this is the first time using a system and I'm finding the hardest part about system play is discipline. Seems like good strong discipline is a must have when using a system.

Couldn't agree more. In sports betting in particular discipline is the biggest component. It is easy to make money in sports if you have discipline, set your rules in stone and make no exceptions. It is the people that think for themselves and let their human nature come out that leave the books in business and give those of us with discipline the chance to make money!

If you can predict who the top team in each division will be then playing that team will make you money. They always do. You won't get rich, but you will make a grand or 2 from each division winner.

So in other words the yanks, rays(wild card winner), cards, Twins look like solid bets. Each should run away with their division or wild card entry. beyond that the 2 west divisions are tossups and the NL east is also a crapshoot. The phillies should win, but they need to sort out their pitching problems.

i totally agree with this. The trick is to bet these teams when they are playing crappy teams. and not to play them when playing above average teams. The mets aren't a crappy team but they were still one of the teams selected at the start of the season to bet against. Today PHI is playing the mets, this my weakest play of the day but it still qualifies for a play. I'm still deciding if i should change teams to bet against as the season progresses or not. time will tell.

Why not keeping your current system and track a "v2" one where you would change teams according to their results ?
This tracking could just be fictive in a first part to see how it would behave. A Proof-of-Concept system

I hear ya. I've been keeping track of everything on a spreadsheet soo far this season and been noting things like this. The ''V2" would include every team today except for philly and in the past the stl/mets series(stl won that series 2-1). My thinking is that because the mets have been on a roll lately they are due for some losses and philly has not been doing great so they are due for some wins.

Oh my bad, i forgot to mention that FLA was also selected as a team to bet against and since then they have risen above. So that would be a team to be noted in the 'v2'. So when the teams are playing NYM and FLA the games will be noted for future.

wow i just noticed the STL game resumed and CIN ended up beating them. It could have been alot worse of a day yesterday if i didn't parlay TB & STL. Today is going to be a huge gambling day for me with lots of units in play. Gunna need the teams to play good today.

i was sweating the STL game up until the 9th inning. 1-0 soo far. the PHI pick is looking solid right now, and if they can hold on to the 10-0 lead then I'll be guaranteed 3 units today.

i guess today could have been worse. saved some units by parlaying them together.
