Looking back at the first week. - Guys I have been betting MLB for 30 years and there are 3 things that got my attention that represents big changes.? #1.) The huge difference between opening lines and closeing lines. # 2.) The large number of games that are -200 or more.! #3.) In looking at all the different sportsbooks on SBR odds, the huge amount of games that had 20 cent lines.! I do think that this last point is a trend because the books seem to loose or not make that much money in baseball compaired to the other sports.Comment -

Texas - 130 Harden vs. Carmona - Harden is 1-0 with a 5.19 ERA and WHIP of 1.423 career vs Tribe. Carmona is 2-6, ERA of 6.02 and WHIP of 1.537 vs.Rangers. Texas is 7 - 2 last 9 @Clev. Last year Carmona gave up 13 ER in 11 2/3 inns. vs Texas. The TRIBE is 58-51 in home openers and had a home record of 33-46 last year. They say Carmona can be wild at times. I dont know if they are talking about his 6 walks last outing or the fact that he has a psychologist and a mental skills coach.!

completely agree on the rangers pick. I took them on the run line and @-130. I kinda like the cubbies today, but can't talk myself into playing them at such a steep price. Davis sucks for the Brewers, and they played a late game last night, but just can't pull the trigger. Any thoughts on this game from you Terp?Comment -

K.C. + 120 - Bannister vs. Willis - Bannister is 4 -2 with a 2.01 ERA and WHIP of 1.142 VS. DET. Willis in 1 start(last week) is 0-0 with a 3.00ERA and WHIP of 1.50. Bannister is a much better pitcher in the day.! He is 17 - 8 with a ERA of 4.08 in day games, his ERA is over 1pt. higher @ night. Also he is 5-4 with a ERA OF 2.98 IN APRIL DAY STARTS. GLComment -
