Just an FYI. Reds are without Joey Votto (stiff neck) today at first and Arthur Rhodes (sore foot) in the bullpen. Also, backup shortstop Janish will not be available (bereavement leave). Do I think they will win? yes, but always like to know when things are not the norm with a team.

I know it's frowned upon to lay so much chalk and I understand how it can bite you in the arse......but I try to pick my spots carefully in these situations. Of course you can't win em all, so inevitably you will lose one and it sets you back twice as much.....but again....I try to pick my spots.
