Just an idle thought. Darvin Ham was getting all types of flack for the way that the Lakers played last season. Now it's pretty obvious that it wasn't him-it's the roster. It's poorly put together and there are a lot guys who are simply deferring to give AD and LeBron the ball and then get the ball back with a few seconds left on the shot clock. They will need a guy who isn't afraid to get his own shots up...and then guard the wing of the opponent

I have an eye on the Lakers/T-Wolves total-anything over 214 will produce an OVER. Any number from 211.5 to 213 will produce an UNDER. Naturally the total right now sits at 213.5 because the books know that there are guys like me out here waiting for the break in the line

As far as the Spurs/blazers is concerned-I have the Spurs with a +8 SYNERGY ; however the line is one that favors the Blazers (HOME+3 to +4); so in the event that the line creeps to Spurs-4.5 then a ML play on them is n order as an AWAY-4.5 wins 75% with an average MOV of 7.88; which is about where I have the Spurs in SYNERGY. Gonna have to wait and see if my buy in price is available in a few minutes

Southern Miss is surrendering 89.2 PPG on the highway so I am looking at the Ole Miss team total to go sailing over. I will buy some chalk only if Ole Miss gets to -22.5 and only -22.5. It's a neutral site game in Mississippi-but you already know what this is if one team is favored over the other by 20 points in this type of setting

Other than that I am going to play the short number game today and look for CRUMBS. So the family is going to our local amusement park today out here in Tampa; and i am actually going to veg out today and bet all day long on the app instead of going to Hard Rock.

So my advice is to check back in 15 minutes before tipoffs for CBB. Mind you there are some mid hour tipoffs too like 2:30 and 4:30 etc. The only short number that I will lay off of is the AWAY-1.5. Other than that I am going ML for short numbers like a typical MLB betting Saturday. there are around 18 of these such games today. I am sure that some will be cancelled out when a road team is favored by 1.5 points which is a tweener number not worth getting involved in.

I still like Eastern Kentucky. Eastern Illinois gives up a crispy 83.5 ppg and Eastern Kentucky's team total is only 76.5-you know that I am going to take BOTH and then do a SGP.
