And when the dust settled both Mikolas and Stroman BOTH had 6 K's apiece! What a wonderful time to be alive! Thank you Adam Hamari!

Managers look out for a possible pitching change for the Fish tomorrow with Pablo Lopez (#3). However don't drop him as his stock is on the rise again now that he is backing hitters back off the plate again.

You may want to lock in Cease (#1) for tomorrow. If you have him on your rosters blast away and do chase K's

Remember managers: there’s a chance Pablo Lopez starts on Saturday instead of Friday if the Marlins want to give Jesus Luzardo an extra day of rest and toss him on Sunday instead of Saturday. Whoever would get the start instead likely isn’t of note for your fantasy teams.

Also don't undervalue the Father's revamped offense against Gonsolin and the Dodgers. he hasn't been the sharpest of late and he may not have smooth sailing tonight Still I have Gonsolin ranked at #8 so I have to auto start him no matter what

I have Josiah Gray (#11) as a higher ranked arm than Kyle Gibson (#16) so although the Nats may not win the game a head to head between the two should be good to go for managers looking for a nice payday with no juice offered up front

Since I kept Pablo Lopez (#4) on roster yesterday I am only rolling with him in fantasy today as a result with a wonderful price for my patience and planning.

With prices being what they are for my top tier pitchers I absolutely hate having to go with the RL's. I will be lucky to go .500 today and lose some juices. Pretty much everything that I made moves on in this format are autoplays for me in my fantasy leagues

That Bombers/Cardinals total may also go straight to hell in the event that Montgomery induces a lot of ground balls for his defense. After all who would know the Bombers hitters tendencies better than he would?

Sunday is ACE DAY and all that comes with that glory. Montas is now in pinstripes with a good offense to back him. Aaron Nola, Gausman, deGrom, Darvish, Burnes! What a wonderful lineup on the schedule to chase K's with! Triston McKenzie taking on Cristian Javier! I am very excited to have the mlb.tv to tune in to the Big Inning program and see as much as I can see while munching on a 12 foot Cuban sub and some Golden Monkey beers

It's ACE DAY! I used Aaron Nola (#4) only in fantasy streamers along with Cristian Javier (#10) since the prices were a little more than I am comfy with in this format. The use rate for Javier was incredible and Triston was only in 16% of the use department. Easy choice to go against the grain. After toiling in anonymity for so long Montas hits the grand stage now and if you have him on rosters start him without any thoughts whatsoever and revel in the fact that you can get him at an incredible price with real bats to back him now.

I slotted Triston in this format as a result. Logan Webb doesn't have a line yet. Once available I am pounding it with the RL. All lines courtesy of Draftkings.

                                            Cristian Javier 6 hits 4 K's and 1 BB

Both over 6 innings! That my friends is a fantasy league dream come true and Triston won in this format for me as well!

Managers hold your ground with Montas-must have been the first game with a new team jitters. Corbin Burnes wasn't particularly sharp as usual leaving some sliders hanging over the middle part of the plate. One of the things that I hate about having to take the RL when making moves in this format because of the juice is the ones that the game ends up tied after the FF only to have the side that I was on go on and blow out the opposition. Such was the case with the Rays. I picked up plenty of fantasy league money with Rasmussen in that one but got handed the loss in this format. Aaron Nola's juice was too high in this format for my liking. He did in fact bring home the bacon in my streamers. Luzardo simple and plain was a stud. Triston McKenzie however cleaned house for me and turned 400 bucks into 1600 on his own. I love using good low usage rate pitchers against the world

                                                      RIP Olivia Newton John

Today is Ohtani Day! Only problem is James Kaprielian is a stud and my POD. I had to combine these heroes into an UNDER considering how bad their offenses are and the fact that Shane Livensparger is behind the dish.

Speaking of offenses hopefully the Fathers get their bats in order!

I had Woodruff slated to go today and it looks like he won't get the start-managers keep him on roster and snatch him up overnight at the better price before the sun comes up.

I had Carrasco (#8) slated for the start today and used him in 3 leagues-however the juice is too high for me in this format.

Lance Lynn cracks the top tier top 10 today after showing increased velocity in his last two outings with his four seam and also the cutter is looking good too. I got a tremendously good price for him as most managers are looking at the front door. great time to get him on board managers. Buy while the stock is low and reap the benefits.

For those managers who want to know where Joe Ryan and Julio Urias are and why they didn't crack the top tier I ranked Joe Ryan as a DNS in honor of the Dodger offense which is looking incredible with Bellinger now providing pop in the lower part of the lineup. Urias is ranked at #11 just outside of the top tier.

The Brews struggle against left handed pitchers. What a joy. Yacabonis is turning in horrid numbers this season. Manager Kevin Cash has no problem with managing a bullpen game. I took a flyer stream on Yacabonis for this game only. Should the Rays lefty win in the head to head matchup against Peralta I stand to win BIG with only a little money spent.

Peralta was held to only 67 pitches in his last outing a first back from the DL. I can't let value slide win or lose.
