Tried to hit my own version of a grand slam last night with Arizona, who took the lead 4-3 in the top of the 9th on Wed. night at the Dodgers, but their bullpen couldn't hold it, and the Diamondbacks lost in Extra innings. It was like David vs Goliath but David didn't win, actually David Peralta left the game early for some reason. Anyway, Padres are like David's older brother.

St.Louis won 4-2 score on early scoring, no more runs after the top of the 5th inning. Milwaukee won 5-4 score on a walk-off hit, after a flurry of late inning runs in the game that was tied 1-1 going to the 7th inning.

My other leans would have been good today. At least -1 unit loss on the day is manageable.

St.Louis won 5-2 score on their early scoring, 5-0 by the 4th inning. Goldschmidt hit a 2-run homer. That score held until the top 9th when they allowed Arizona batters to rally for 2 runs, then stranding two men on base to end the contest.

Those of you following closely will know I'm coming back from -52.11 units low-point on June 22. Took more than a week off to work on my approach. So this is now +33.16 units since July 1. Still haven't perfected the game, miss a lot of "easy wins" and often struggle with totals. I think my style is somewhat more unorthodox than it needs to be, but I am feeling more controlled currently....and winning!
