Going right back to the Astros game 5. My numbers actually don’t show any value but sometimes in playoffs you have to gut cap. My numbers have this game at Astros -137 but I think the Yankees may throw in the towel after what happen last night.

Alright i have had dms and tweets asking for a write up. Ill be quick.

The Nationals are plenty live in this series. But i would suggest hitting the astros series line at -110 before the game tonight.

Yes the nats won game 1 but they exasperated a ton of the bullpen and patrick corbin doing it.

The game tonight comes down to how long can Stephen Strasburg stay in the game. Can he get through 7 or 8 innings? the goal for the Astros needs to be to get him out. Strasburg has developed into a pitcher featuring sinker, cutter, curveball, changeup. All very solid pitches for him. He gets his strikeouts by getting swing and misses out of the zone. The other side is the Astros are very good at not chasing and putting together good at bats. its an intriguing matchup.

For Verlander its all about his slider and his fastball. When his sliders on it takes the attention off his fastball and if the hitters start worrying about slider and get fastball its too late.

The umpire is Eddings who is known for a big strike zone.

Take the under 3.5 for the first 5. I am afraid to take the under for the game for the reason if Strasburg doesnt go deep the Astros could put up some crooked numebrs vs the Nationals pen.
