cmon ck, even you said the other day gallardo was the real deal. hes a pure ace, and while that bullpen/defense may not make him worthy of a heavy tag, or laying 1.5 - he certainly is starting to prove himself as a legit ace in the NL...

I know but I had to turn on him anyway, lol! He is very good and I like him as a young pitcher, but the losses by the Buccos have piled up to the point of epic proportions. Even today, Snell pitched his heart out and matched him for the game. The Pirates had their chances, but shit happens. I have to continue playing them in this series as long as they keep getting crumbs like this. It's nothing personal against im. I just wake up each and every day looking for the most crumbs instead of the most likely favorite. In other words I do the exact oppostie of most baseball wagerers.

Methods and modus operandi are one and the same, homes. I don't think that anyone is really going to understand you though... Too many winning plays after the game is over may cause that kind of thing

yeah, i know you love your dogs but i just have a very tough time placing my money on bad pitchers. id rather look for ideal situations where i can get a good pitcher at a price. the run lines have not worked out for me thus far, but its april and i have a plan for being waay more selective when i go that route. i cant even begin to tell you how crazy those plays have been to me (including my 10x on johan)...many, many of my plays won the game, but only by 1 run.

greinke is a beast, but crazy money has come in on tallet. hes got good stuff, and a very live fastball that sits at 93.

can you really play the royals (with no soria) on the runline?

i think if you must play greinke, just lay the ML which has dropped to 145.

Hey Ck, also I see alot of value in the Dbacks today. I am a huge Cubs fan, but they suck against soft lefty's and especially Doug Davis. Also, Dempster is terrible against the Dbacks, 1-4 6.07 era in 10 starts, and he is not going to match what he did last year. The Cubs are bringing back a couple of injured starters in Derrek Lee and Milton Bradley so that could take a couple of games to get them going. The Dbacks are playing well right now too.

i'll take the dodgers to beat the giants at plus money any day of the year. Sure lincecum is scary, but great pitchers can fall victim to inferior teammates and terrible hitting. Meanwhile, that dodger squad will be a dominant division leader if they only get a little help from the back end of their pitching staff.
