You are spot on about the wind and umpire, but the Air Density Index is 61 (leaning over) and the temp is in the 80s (leaning over) The relievers have been used about average over the last 1 -3 days and the bullpen ERA is low. Well ... I thought I played it and I was pissed after the 3-run first inning. Turns out I didn't get it in. So much better to be lucky than good.
Now I'm sure it'll finish 3-2 or something.

A good case could be made for the over. We actually like it also and are considering it as a play. The starters do have high ERAs for sure and the Rockies relievers do not have a lot of rest. The wind is blowing in but only at 5-8 mph and should not be a big factor. The home plate umpire leans under slightly and probably will not be a factor.
